Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Harbor Labs, Inc. (“Harbor,” “we,” “us,” “our”) products, websites, and APIs (the “Service”). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, you may not access the Service.
Use of the Service
You agree to use Harbor only for lawful workflows and only with the consents, disclosures, and operational review your use case requires. You are responsible for how you use outbound calling, inbound recordings, and any personal data you ask Harbor to process.
Harbor may suspend or terminate access if we detect use that violates law or these Terms.
Commercial terms
The public site is not a finished self-serve subscription product. Pilot pricing, billing, cancellations, and any production rollout terms are governed by the order form, statement of work, or other written commercial agreement for that engagement.
Customer data
You retain your rights in customer data you provide. Harbor processes that data only to operate the agreed workflow, and any processor-specific commitments apply only if they are stated in a signed commercial agreement.
Confidentiality, warranties, and liability
Each party will protect the other's Confidential Information. Harbor provides the Service “as is” and disclaims all warranties except those expressly stated in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid to Harbor in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction.
